Our Warranty
At Mason Company Roofing, we stand behind the quality of our work. That’s why we offer a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty from the date of project completion.
What’s Covered
For a period of 10 years from the date of project completion, Mason Company Roofing will, at no cost to the Owner, repair any defects resulting from our workmanship, provided the Contract Sum has been paid in full.
This warranty applies exclusively to:

Full roof replacements

Complete siding replacements
-
Complete gutter system replacements
-
Gutter guard installations

Coverage is limited to projects completed in their entirety by Mason Company Roofing, unless expressly stated in this Contract or otherwise agreed to in writing by Mason Company Roofing.
What’s Not Covered

Materials or work provided by another contractor
-
Defects not reported in writing within 30 days of discovery

Damage caused by changes or improper maintenance after installation

Normal wear and tear or age-related deterioration
-
Condensation, dampness, or ventilation issues not related to our work

Misuse, accidents, acts of God (such as storms or natural disasters), or pest damage

To protect the integrity of our warranty, coverage is only available for projects completed fully by Mason Company Roofing. We cannot extend warranty coverage to partial repairs or to work originally performed by other contractors.
Transferability
This warranty may be transferred one time to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the warranty period. The transfer must occur within the original 10-year warranty timeframe and will remain valid 10 years from the original project completion date.
Extensions & Grandfathering
If Mason Company Roofing extends its standard workmanship warranty in the future, all current warranties, whether held by the original homeowner or a transferred owner, will be automatically grandfathered into the updated warranty terms.

Filing a Warranty Claim
To be eligible for a claim, the Owner (or transferee, if applicable) must notify us in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, no claims will be accepted after 10 years and 30 days from the date of project completion.
Important Note
This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Mason Company Roofing. It replaces all other warranties, oral, written, express, or implied. Mason Company Roofing specifically disclaims any implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
