Step 1: Free Inspection & Honest Advice

We start with a no-pressure inspection of your current roof. We’ll check for signs of wear, damage, ventilation issues, and more, then walk you through what we find using photos and plain language.

If you don’t need a full replacement, we’ll tell you. If you do, we’ll explain why and help you weigh your options.

Step 2: Materials & Estimate

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll help you choose the right materials for your home, your budget, and your long-term goals.

We typically install GAF roofing systems because they’re dependable, widely trusted, and come with excellent warranty options, plus we’re certified GAF Master Elite® Contractors, so you get added protection and peace of mind.

That said, we can work with any brand you prefer. If you’ve got a certain look or product in mind, just let us know, we’re happy to accommodate.

You’ll receive a full written estimate, so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.

Step 3: Scheduling & Preparation

Once everything is finalized, we’ll schedule your install date and keep you in the loop about materials, weather, and logistics.
On installation day, we’ll:
  • Arrive on time
  • Protect your landscaping, AC units, and siding
  • Set up trailers without damaging your driveway
  • Touch base with you about pets, access, or anything else that matters

Step 4: Installation

Most roof replacements take 1–2 days. We remove your old roof, inspect the decking, make any necessary repairs, and then install your new system with precision and care.
Because we follow manufacturer guidelines and hold advanced certifications, your installation meets the highest standards of quality and durability.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
Once installation is complete, we do a full cleanup of the property:
  • Magnet sweep for nails
  • Debris removal
  • Final walk-through with you to make sure everything looks right and feels right
We’ll also review your warranty info and answer any questions before we go.
